Community invited to build a “Trail of Gratitude” at the Goodman
For what are you most thankful? We want to know! Help the Goodman Museum build a Trail of Gratitude! From now until Dec. 1, the Goodman invites the community to share their thanksgivings and will be supplying colorful paper and writing utensils for visitors.
These papers will be collected and laminated and hung from posts to create a trail on the property for the community to walk through and enjoy.
“We’ve already had many visitors contribute to the train and everyone is excited to come back and walk through it once complete,” said Mary Foster, museum curator. “This is a heartwarming program we hope will add to the festive activities at the closing of this year.”
The museum will be accepting messages from now through Dec. 1 and the trail will then be on display through the second weekend of January 2018.
The Goodman-LeGrand museum is located at 624 N. Broadway Ave. and is open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information, please contact Mary Foster, Museum Curator at (903) 531-1286 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
