Deck the Halls with Buddy Holly! A Rockin’ Blue Christmas comes to Liberty Hall
He looks just like Buddy Holly! On Saturday, Dec. 9 at 7 p.m., “The Johnny Rogers Show” will pay tribute to such artists as Buddy Holly, Elvis, Roy Orbison Jerry Lee Lewis, Ricky Nelson, Chuck Berry, Johnny Cash and much more in a special Holiday Extravaganza!
A veteran musician who tours both the U.S. and Europe, Johnny has performed on stage with many of the biggest names in music and entertained the last four U.S. Presidents. In September 2016, he was inducted into the Iowa Rock-N-Roll Hall of Fame and voted the most versatile artist in Nashville at the Josie Radio Show award program.
“Johnny is a thrilling musician, who can pull off guitar licks that would make Jimi Hendrix and Prince proud,” said Downtown Operations Coordinator Adriana Rodriguez. “We are thrilled to bring Johnny to Liberty Hall for this special holiday performance.”
Johnny will capture the infectious spirit, freewheeling excitement and thrilling sounds of popular rock-and-roll hits from the holidays and beyond. Don’t miss this one-of-a-kind event.
Tickets are $20 and available online at LibertyTyler.com. Doors open one hour before the show. Be sure to “Like” Liberty Hall on Facebook for daily updates.
