The Light the Way 5K: Walk On Rock On for Mental Wellness, benefiting The Evie Effect will be held on Saturday, April 12th. This event is dedicated to promoting mental wellness, community support, and hope in #tylertx.
Join for an evening of fun and connection as we come together to illuminate our individual and collective paths towards well-being. This event is more than just a run – it’s an opportunity to support each other and highlight the importance of mental health.
After the 5K, enjoy our exciting after-run concert and speaker sessions.
The concert will feature live music performances, with inspiring speakers sharing messages of hope and resilience between sets.
This concert is free and open to everyone, whether you participated in the race or not.
Twelve Miles South and Six String Strays will perform with special appearances by Romereo Brown, Owner of Weird & Different.
Immerse yourself in the music, the powerful stories, and connect with others who share a passion for mental wellness and community support.
Delicious eats will be available from local food vendors, so come hungry and ready to explore the sponsor booths to learn more about organizations dedicated to supporting our community.
The first 250 5K finishers will receive a finisher medal, and all Kids Dash participants will receive a medal. You can order your registration with or without a t-shirt.
