Dressed to Read returns for young Tyler Public Library readers
Children of all ages are invited to dress up and visit the Tyler Public Library during the annual Dressed to Read event Monday, Oct. 19 through Saturday, Oct. 31. Children who visit the Library in costume can receive a free book provided by the Friends of the Library group.
Families can stop by anytime during the event dates. Costumes can be inspired by favorite characters, stories or anything children enjoy dressing up as.
Books can be picked up at the Information Desk on the first floor. Each child may participate once during the event when visiting the Library in costume. A library card is not required to participate.
The Tyler Public Library is located at 201 S. College Ave. For more information about the Library and upcoming events, visit TylerLibrary.com.
