The Rose City Airfest celebrates all things aviation, offering a thrilling experience for aviation enthusiasts, families, and thrill-seekers alike.
Aircraft will be on display throughout the entire show.

You can also “Purchase a Ride” on several aircraft here. You can ride a historic warbird on “The Pilot Maker” – the SNJ Texan- that trained hundreds of pilots during WWII, or take the whole family on our JRB Expeditor, and fly like a Navy Admiral!
The Gulf Coast Wing warbirds will join an array of aircraft for a day of aviation history and horsepower, including an aerobatic performance of The Navy Trains for War and Living History Flights in our World War II aircraft.

✪ SNJ/T6 Texan: Step into the same plane that trained thousands of WWII aviators, and take a flight in the “Pilot Maker.” Standard Flight $395
✪ SNJ/T6 Aerobatic Flight – $800
✪ Navy JRB Expeditor: Come aboard to see how a flag officer flew in WWII, or fly the whole family in VIP comfort starting at $150 each.

Would you like to experience the sounds and sensations of a warbird in flight? Are you searching for the perfect gift? Or a special experience which brings you back in touch with your family’s past? A Living History Flight Experience aboard a Commemorative Air Force warbird is easily accomplished. The CAF JRB Navy transport Little Raider and her sister aircraft the CAF Navy SNJ advanced trainer typically operate from April through November.
You and your family can tour and/or fly in our aircraft at various locations and events around the U.S.
The Living History Flight Experience is about one hour from start to finish, including approximately 20 minutes in the air.
The Living History Flight Experience is like no other, and the entire experience lasts approximately one hour. Passengers must check in one hour before take-off. Pre-boarding includes check-in, a passenger safety briefing and photo opportunity with the crew.
Once boarded the passengers will experience the engine start up sequence, a few minutes taxi to the runway, and a pause on the runway for a full engine run-up and flight clearance. Once airborne the flight lasts approximately 20 minutes in the air.
