Tyler Brunch Guide:

The Newest Hot-Spots You Need to Try

By Holli Fourniquet

Brunch in Tyler has become more than a late breakfast. It is where friends reconnect, families linger a little longer, and weekends slow down just enough to enjoy a second cup of coffee (or Bloody Mary).

Across town, new kitchens are opening their doors and established favorites are expanding their menus, giving East Texans more reasons to make brunch a standing tradition.

One of the newest additions is Gloria’s Creekside Kitchen inside Rose City Comedy. Served on Sunday, brunch here pairs scratch-made comfort food with the energy of a live entertainment venue. Have brunch early, then come back for a show that evening.

Heritage East at Culture ETX delivers a chef-driven take on brunch every Saturday and Sunday. The menu blends Southern influence with elevated ingredients, creating dishes that feel thoughtful without losing their East Texas roots. It is an easy choice for a more refined brunch setting in the heart of Tyler.

Stanley’s Famous Pit BBQ brings a Texas twist to the brunch lineup. Known for its smoked meats, Stanley’s serves breakfast and brunch every day except Sunday, offering hearty plates that lean into bold flavors and generous portions. It is the kind of spot where brunch easily turns into a full afternoon hangout.

Sky Bar and Grill has also stepped confidently into the brunch scene with weekend service on Saturday and Sunday. Guests can expect a lively atmosphere, creative brunch plates, and a space that feels made for gathering with friends. This hot spot is fairly new on the scene in Tyler, but all of the reviews rave about their brunch and live entertainment. It’s easily a local favorite!

Another Broken Egg Cafe remains is also a new favorite in Tyler for classic brunch staples. From indulgent egg dishes to sweet breakfast plates and brunch cocktails, it offers a reliable go-to for both families and weekend meetups. While not unique to Tyler, it’s still a great new brunch option for Tylerites!

Tyler’s brunch scene is growing, and it reflects the city itself: welcoming, flavorful, and always ready to try something new. Whether you are planning a relaxed Sunday meal or a Saturday gathering with friends, there is no shortage of brunch spots in Tyler, Texas, worth adding to your list.
