Dave’s Hot Chicken is prepping its new cafe on S. Broadway in Tyler.
The wait is over for Nashville hot chicken fans in East Texas—Dave’s Hot Chicken is officially coming to Tyler at 6849 S. Broadway Ave, Tyler, TX 75703.
State filings reveal plans for a $500,000 commercial renovation project located at 6849 S. Broadway Avenue in Smith County.
The massive 4,315-square-foot project involves the interior tenant finish-out of an existing lease space to create the first Dave’s Hot Chicken in the area.
This location will finally bring their famous halal chicken tenders, sliders, and seven spice levels (ranging from “No Spice” to “Reaper”) to Tyler residents.
Construction on the new Tyler Dave’s Hot Chicken is scheduled to kick off this fall on November 30, 2026, targeting a build-out of roughly four-and-a-half months with completion expected by April 16, 2027.
