September 6th (1-4pm): Barn Quilt Workshop – Have you seen these wooden quilts yet? Come to this workshop and customize yours to fit your decor. They can hang inside, outside, on the mantle, or anywhere you would like. You will use 2’x2’ wood planks to create one of several designs available (beginner to advanced). What fits you – modern, traditional, patriotic? If you are experienced you are welcome to bring your own pattern. This is a 3 hour workshop, please bring a hairdryer (quickens the paint drying process), yard stick, and snacks and drinks. Cost is $45. Pre-registration is required as boards are cut, sanded, and primed beforehand. Pencils, tape, and patterns are provided. This workshop is being held in the retreat room at Crafts & Quilting, Etc. 715 S. College Ave, Tyler. Space is limited, please register at The Crafty Fox website!
