One of Shakespeare’s most famous tragedies, OTHELLO tells the story of a Moorish general and his disloyal ensign, Iago, who convinces him that his wife Desdemona has been unfaithful. The play deals with various themes, including love, jealousy, betrayal, revenge, and repentance.

‘Beware, my lord, of jealousy. It is the green-eyed monster which doth mock the meat it feeds on.’
