City of Tyler partners with Caldwell Arts Alliance to celebrate Black History Month

In honor of Black History Month, the City of Tyler and Caldwell Arts Alliance have collaborated to organize a series of events throughout February. The theme for this year’s celebration is “Our Story – The Voice of the Community,” which seeks to highlight the stories and experiences of our Black community.
